All our Directors advise in the drafting of wills and Mike Williams, Adrian Walden and Jack Hawkey on inter vivos trusts and estate planning.

Anoena Morris attends to the day to day administration of estates and trusts.  There are many elderly folk who are assisted by and whose affairs are administered by Anoena.   

Jack Hawkey also attends to the administration of deceased estates.

We believe that it is particularly important in this area of practice to establish personal relationships with our clients and be regarded as friends as opposed to "the attorney", as it enables us to understand their personal needs in estate planning, and more particularly after death to be able to look after their affairs in accordance with their wishes.
